Crispy Bang Bang Chicken π
Ingredients
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 cup panko breadcrumbs
1/2 cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons sweet chili sauce
1 tablespoon honey
1 tablespoon Sriracha sauce
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon paprika
Salt and pepper to taste
Vegetable oil for frying
Directions
In a shallow dish, combine the panko breadcrumbs, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
In a separate bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, honey, and Sriracha sauce until well combined.
Take each chicken breast and dip it into the mayonnaise mixture, ensuring it is fully coated.
Next, roll the chicken in the breadcrumb mixture, pressing gently to make sure the crumbs adhere to the chicken.
In a large skillet, heat vegetable oil over medium heat. Carefully place the coated chicken breasts into the skillet and cook for about 6-8 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and crispy.
Once cooked, transfer the chicken to a paper towel-lined plate to drain any excess oil.
