Parmesan Cream Pasta Shells with Sizzling Garlic Steak
### Ingredients:
**Steak:**
- 1.5 lbs steak (flank, sirloin), cut into strips
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp butter
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- Salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning
**Pasta:**
- 12 oz medium shells
- 2 tbsp butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 3/4 cup parmesan cheese
- Salt & pepper
### Instructions:
1. **Pasta:** Cook shells until al dente. Drain.
2. **Cream Sauce:** Melt butter, add garlic, stir in cream, simmer, then add parmesan until melted. Season and stir in pasta.
3. **Steak Bites:** Sear steak in olive oil until browned. Add butter and garlic, cook until fragrant.
4. **Plate:** Pasta on the bottom, steak on top, finish with parsley or extra parmesan.
