For the Mango Cake:

For the Mango Sauce:
1 cup mango puree
1/4 cup sugar
1 tbsp lemon juice
Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and line two 9-inch round cake pans.
For the Mango Cake: In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Set aside.
In a large bowl, cream the butter and sugar together until light and fluffy. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
Add the mango puree and vanilla extract, then mix well. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, alternating with the milk. Mix until smooth.
For the Cheesecake Layer: In a separate bowl, beat the cream cheese and sugar until smooth and creamy. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in vanilla extract, flour, and mango puree until fully combined.
Layer the Mango Cake batter into the prepared pans, then pour the cheesecake mixture on top. Use a knife to swirl the two layers together gently.
Bake for 40-45 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean and the top is lightly golden. Let cool in the pans for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
For the Mango Sauce: In a small saucepan, heat the mango puree, sugar, and lemon juice over medium heat. Stir until the sugar dissolves and the sauce thickens slightly. Let it cool.
Once the cake is cooled, drizzle the mango sauce over the top and serve.
