🍲 Ultimate Hearty Beef Stew with Veggies 🥩

📝 Ingredients:
2 lbs (900 g) beef chuck, cut into chunks
2 tbsp olive oil
Salt & pepper to taste
1 onion, chopped
3 cloves garlic, minced
3 tbsp flour
4 cups beef broth
2 tbsp tomato paste
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp dried thyme
3 large carrots, chopped
3–4 potatoes, cubed
1 cup peas (fresh or frozen)
Fresh parsley for garnish
👨🍳 Instructions:
Season the beef with salt and pepper. In a large pot, heat olive oil and sear beef until browned. Remove and set aside. In the same pot, sauté onion and garlic. Sprinkle in flour and stir well for 1 minute. Add beef broth, tomato paste, Worcestershire sauce, thyme, and bring to a simmer. Return beef to the pot, cover, and simmer on low heat for 1.5 hours. Add carrots and potatoes, cook for another 30 minutes. Stir in peas and cook for 5 minutes. Garnish with parsley and serve hot with bread!
💡 Tips:
Add a splash of red wine for extra depth.
Store in fridge for 3–4 days – it tastes even better the next day!
