Cheesy Beef Enchilada Bake 🌮🧀
Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef
1 packet taco seasoning
1 can (10 oz) enchilada sauce
6 flour tortillas
2 cups shredded cheese (cheddar & mozzarella mix)
Chopped cilantro for garnish (optional)
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. Brown the beef in a skillet, drain fat, and stir in taco seasoning and half the enchilada sauce.
3. Fill each tortilla with beef mixture and a sprinkle of cheese, roll up, and place seam-side down in a baking dish.
4. Pour remaining enchilada sauce on top, then cover with remaining cheese.
5. Bake for 20–25 minutes until bubbly and golden. Garnish with cilantro and serve!
