Big Mac Wraps
INGREDIENTS
π 1 lb ground beef (80/20 blend works best)
π§ 1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder
π§ Β½ teaspoon salt
π― 4 large flour tortillas
π₯¬ Β½ cup shredded lettuce
π§ 4 slices cheddar cheese, halved
π₯ ΒΌ cup dill pickle chips, finely chopped

ΒΌ cup red onion, finely diced
Big Mac Sauce:
π₯ Β½ cup mayonnaise
πΏ 2 tablespoons sweet pickle relish
π₯ 1 tablespoon yellow mustard
πΏ 1 teaspoon white wine vinegar
π§ Β½ teaspoon garlic powder
π§
Β½ teaspoon onion powder
πΏ ΒΌ teaspoon paprika
DIRECTIONS
1οΈβ£ Prepare Ground Beef:
In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium-high heat, breaking it apart with a spoon. Drain off any excess grease.
2οΈβ£ Season Ground Beef:
Stir in the garlic powder, onion powder, and salt.
3οΈβ£ Make Big Mac Sauce:
In a small bowl, combine the mayonnaise, sweet pickle relish, mustard, white wine vinegar, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika. Mix well.
4οΈβ£ Assemble Wraps:
Warm the flour tortillas slightly (optional, for easier rolling). Spread a generous amount of Big Mac sauce on each tortilla.
5οΈβ£ Add Ingredients:
Top each tortilla with shredded lettuce, seasoned ground beef, cheddar cheese slices (halved), finely chopped dill pickle chips, and finely diced red onion.
6οΈβ£ Fold Wraps:
Fold in the sides of the tortilla, then roll up tightly from the bottom.
7οΈβ£ Serve:
Serve the Big Mac Wraps immediately. They can be eaten as-is or warmed in a skillet or panini press for a few minutes until the tortilla is lightly toasted and the cheese is melted.
