Bold & Zesty Buffalo Ranch Chicken Pasta Skillet
Ingredients:
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 lb boneless skinless chicken breasts, cubed
Salt & pepper to taste
2 teaspoons ranch seasoning mix
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
8 oz penne or rotini pasta
2 cups chicken broth
1/2 cup buffalo wing sauce
1/2 cup ranch dressing
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/4 cup chopped green onions (optional)
1/4 cup crumbled blue cheese (optional for topping)
Directions:
In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add cubed chicken, season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Cook for 5–7 minutes or until golden and cooked through.
Stir in ranch seasoning mix and toss to coat the chicken.
Add uncooked pasta, chicken broth, and buffalo wing sauce. Stir well and bring to a boil.
Reduce heat to a simmer, cover, and cook for 12–15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until pasta is tender and most liquid is absorbed.
Stir in ranch dressing and shredded cheddar cheese. Cook 1–2 more minutes until cheese is melted and sauce is creamy.
Garnish with green onions and blue cheese crumbles if desired. Serve hot!
