Homemade Orzo al Limone Recipe 🇮🇹🍋✨
Ingredients:
• 1 cup orzo pasta (200g)
• 2 tbsp butter (30g)
• 1 garlic clove, minced
• 1 cup vegetable broth (240ml)
• Juice of 1 lemon
• Zest of 1 lemon
• 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese (30g)
• Salt and pepper to taste
• Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions:
Cook orzo in broth until tender.
In a pan, melt butter and sauté garlic.
Add orzo, lemon juice, zest, and Parmesan. Stir well.
Season with salt and pepper.
Garnish with fresh parsley and serve!
