**Ingredients:
🌿 Produce:
- 6 cups Fresh arugula
- 1/4 cup Fresh basil, chopped
- 4 Ripe peaches, pitted and sliced
- 1/4 Red onion, thinly sliced
🥄 **Dressing:
- 1 tbsp Balsamic vinegar
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tbsp Honey
- 3 tbsp Extra-virgin olive oil
- Salt & pepper to taste
🧀 Toppings:
- 1/4 cup Toasted pecans or walnuts
- 1/2 cup Crumbled goat cheese or feta
**Instructions:
1. Prepare the Dressing:
- In a small bowl, whisk together **balsamic vinegar, Dijon mustard, honey, olive oil, salt, and pepper** until well combined.
2. Assemble the Salad:
