Spicy Aioli
Ingredients:
1 cup mayonnaise
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon cayenne pepper (adjust to taste)
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions:
Combine ingredients: In a medium bowl, add mayonnaise, minced garlic, lemon juice, cayenne pepper, salt, and pepper.
Mix until smooth: Whisk the mixture until everything is well blended and creamy.
Let it rest: Cover the bowl and refrigerate for 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
Serve: Use as a spicy dip for fries, chicken tenders, or veggies, or spread it on sandwiches and burgers.
Notes:
Adjust the cayenne to control the heat—start with less for a milder version, or add more for a bolder kick.
For a quick shortcut, you can substitute 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder if fresh garlic isn’t available.
Keeps well in the fridge for up to 7 days in a sealed container. The flavor will intensify over time.
This recipe is a fast, flavorful twist on traditional aioli—perfect for elevating everyday meals with minimal effort.
