Oreo Cream Chocolate Roll 🍫🍪🎂
Ingredients:
1 box chocolate cake mix 🍫
3 eggs 🥚
1/2 cup water 💧
1/4 cup vegetable oil 🌽
8 oz cream cheese, softened 🧀
1 cup powdered sugar 🍚
1 tsp vanilla extract 🍦
1 cup crushed Oreo cookies 🍪
1/2 cup white chocolate chips 🍫
Directions:
1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease and flour a jelly roll pan to prepare it for baking.
2. In a mixing bowl, combine the chocolate cake mix, eggs, water, and vegetable oil. Mix it up until you have a smooth batter.
3. Pour that luscious batter into the prepared pan and spread it out evenly.
4. Bake for about 15-20 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean. Once done, let it cool completely.
5. In a separate bowl, beat together the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and crushed Oreo cookies until it's all smooth and creamy.
6. Spread that decadent Oreo cream mixture evenly over the cooled cake.
7. Now, carefully roll the cake from the short end, using parchment paper to assist you in the rolling process.
