SWEET CHILI JERK SALMON:
Sauce:
2 tbsp sweet chili sauce
1 tsp walkerswood jerk seasoning
2 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp honey
(2) 6 oz salmon filets
Salt
Pepper
Garlic powder
Onion powder
Chili powder
Oregano
Smoked paprika
2 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp unsalted butter
3-4 cloves minced garlic
Fresh chopped parsley
Season salmon with salt, pepper, garlic & onion powder, chili powder, oregano and smoked paprika. Prepare the sauce and put aside.
In a pan over medium high heat add in 2 tbsp olive oil and cook salmon on each side 4-5 minutes. Remove from pan and reduce heat to medium. Add in butter. Once melted, add in minced garlic. Cook one minute, until fragrant. Add in sauce and bring to a simmer. Add in salmon and spoon sauce over the top. Garnish with parsley. Enjoy!
