Ingredients:
β’ 2 large croissants
β’ 100 g Belgian dark or milk chocolate (melted)
β’ Β½ cup whipped cream or pastry cream
β’ 1 banana (sliced)
β’ 4β5 fresh strawberries (sliced)
β’ Powdered sugar (optional, for dusting)
Instructions:
1. Warm the croissants slightly in the oven (about 3β4 minutes) until lightly crisp.
2. Slice them in half lengthwise, but donβt cut all the way through.
3. Spread a layer of melted Belgian chocolate inside each croissant.
4. Add a generous spoonful of whipped cream or pastry cream.
5. Layer with banana slices and fresh strawberries.
6. Close gently, drizzle with extra chocolate if desired, and dust with powdered sugar.
