ONE POT GROUND MONGOLIAN BEEF RAMEN NOODLES 🥩🍜
Savory ground beef with a sweet and tangy Mongolian sauce, served with tender ramen noodles in one pot.

Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef
3 packs ramen noodles (discard seasoning)
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup hoisin sauce
1/4 cup brown sugar
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp ginger, minced
1/2 cup beef broth
1 tbsp sesame oil
2 green onions, chopped
1 tbsp sesame seeds (optional)

Directions:
In a large skillet, heat sesame oil over medium heat. Add ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it apart as it cooks.
Add minced garlic and ginger, and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
Stir in soy sauce, hoisin sauce, brown sugar, and beef broth. Bring to a simmer.
Add ramen noodles to the skillet (without seasoning). Cook for 3-4 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the noodles are tender and coated in the sauce.
Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds. Serve hot.
