🇮🇹 Italian Cacciucco
A traditional Tuscan seafood stew with rich tomato flavors.
Ingredients
Mixed seafood (shrimp, mussels, squid): 800 g
Garlic: 3 cloves, minced
Onion: 1 large, diced
Tomato sauce: 400 ml
White wine: 150 ml
Olive oil: 2 tbsp
Bread: 4 slices, toasted
Salt and pepper: to taste
Fresh parsley: for garnish
Instructions
1️⃣ Sauté garlic and onion in olive oil until translucent.
2️⃣ Add seafood and cook briefly until just starting to turn opaque.
3️⃣ Pour in white wine and simmer for 5 minutes.
4️⃣ Stir in tomato sauce and cook for another 10-15 minutes.
5️⃣ Serve hot with crusty bread and garnish with parsley.
