Garlic Chicken and Cheese Wraps 🌯
Ingredients:
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 cups cooked chicken breast, shredded
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
4 large flour tortillas
2 tablespoons butter (for toasting)
Directions:
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
Add minced garlic and cook for about 1 minute until fragrant.
Add shredded chicken to the pan and season with salt, pepper, and paprika. Stir well to coat.
Cook for 4–5 minutes until heated through, then remove from heat.
Lay out the tortillas and sprinkle a mix of mozzarella and cheddar in the center of each.
Add the warm garlic chicken evenly on top of the cheese.
Fold in the sides of each tortilla and roll up tightly into a wrap.
Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat and place the wraps seam side down.
Toast for 2–3 minutes per side until golden and crispy.
Slice in half and serve warm.
