I work for a catering company and they make a lot of crudite and charcuterie boards. The left overs generally get thrown out. So one day I finally realized I could take all the cut up raw veggies home and freeze until I was ready to make broth. They've saved me so much money by letting me do this!! 😄 I knew only yall would understand why this is exciting 😂
