**Ingredients:
- 2 large heirloom tomatoes (sliced)
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes (halved)
- 8 oz burrata cheese
- 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves
- 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tbsp balsamic glaze
- Salt & pepper to taste
**Directions:
1. Prepare the Tomatoes: Slice heirloom tomatoes and halve cherry tomatoes. Arrange them on a serving plate.
2. Add Burrata: Gently place burrata in the center or tear it into smaller pieces over the salad.
3. Garnish with Basil: Scatter fresh basil leaves over the salad.
4. Drizzle & Season: Drizzle olive oil and balsamic glaze, then season with salt and pepper.
5. Serve & Enjoy: Best enjoyed fresh with crusty bread or as a light appetizer!
