Cheesy Tater Tot Casserole with Cheeseburger Flavor

Ingredients:
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 small onion, diced
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 bag frozen tater tots
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
2. In a skillet, brown ground beef with diced onions. Drain off excess fat.
3. Season beef with garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
4. Stir in cream of mushroom soup and ketchup until well combined.
5. Spread beef mixture in a casserole dish.
6. Top with shredded cheddar cheese and then with tater tots.
7. Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes or until tater tots are crispy and cheese is melted.
