Gluten-Free Strawberry Cake
Ingredients:
200 g gluten-free all-purpose flour 🌾
200 g sugar 🍬
125 g butter 🧈
3 large eggs 🥚
2 tsp gluten-free baking powder 🌿
150 ml whole milk 🥛
200 g fresh strawberries, mashed 🍓
100 g strawberry jam 🍯
200 g cream cheese frosting 🧀
Method:
Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).
Cream butter and sugar, add eggs one at a time.
Mix in flour and baking powder alternately with milk. Fold in mashed strawberries.
Bake in a greased pan for 30 minutes. Cool, then layer with strawberry jam and frost with cream cheese frosting.
