1 ripe avocado 🥑

100g halloumi cheese, sliced 🧀

👨‍🍳 Instructions:

Toast the bread slices until golden and crisp. In a bowl, mash the avocado with a pinch of salt, pepper, and a splash of lemon juice if desired.
