🍐🥧 Flognarde
A rustic French dessert similar to clafoutis, made with apples or pears baked in a custardy batter. Light, tender, and dusted with sugar. 🍏🍮✨
Ingredients:
• 3 apples or pears, sliced
• 3 eggs
• 100 g sugar
• 100 g flour
• 250 ml milk
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
• Pinch of salt
• Icing sugar for dusting
Instructions:
1️⃣ Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F). Butter a baking dish.
2️⃣ Arrange fruit slices at the bottom.
3️⃣ Whisk eggs, sugar, vanilla, and salt. Add flour, then milk gradually.
4️⃣ Pour batter over fruit.
5️⃣ Bake for 35–40 min until golden.
6️⃣ Cool slightly and dust with icing sugar. Serve warm. 🍏
