Double Cheese Cheeseburger Pasta Bake
Ingredients:
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 onion, diced
- 1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 2 cups beef broth
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 cups elbow pasta
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 375°F and grease a 9x13 baking dish.
2. In a large skillet, cook ground beef and onion until beef is browned and onion is translucent. Drain excess fat.
3. Stir in diced tomatoes, ketchup, beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 10 minutes.
4. Cook pasta according to package instructions and drain.
5. Stir cooked pasta into the beef mixture. Pour into the prepared baking dish.
6. Top with shredded cheddar and mozzarella cheese.
7. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbl
