🔥 S’mores Crunchwrap 🍫
Ingredients
2 large flour tortillas (10-inch size recommended)
½ cup mini marshmallows (or 2 tablespoons marshmallow fluff)
12 squares (about 3 oz) milk, semi-sweet, or dark chocolate
2 full graham cracker sheets (or 4 squares), broken to fit
1 teaspoon unsalted butter or neutral oil (for cooking)
Optional: powdered sugar, cinnamon sugar, or a light drizzle of caramel for finishing
Instructions
Warm the Tortillas: Briefly heat tortillas in a dry skillet over medium heat for 15–20 seconds per side, or microwave wrapped in a damp paper towel for 10–15 seconds. This makes them pliable and less likely to crack when folding.
Assemble the Filling: Lay one tortilla flat on a clean surface. Pile mini marshmallows in the center, then layer chocolate squares and graham cracker pieces on top. Keep fillings within a 4-inch circle to allow room for folding.
Fold into a Crunchwrap: Fold the bottom edge of the tortilla up over the filling. Then fold the left and right sides inward toward the center. Continue folding the top edge down, creating a tight, hexagon-shaped pocket. Press gently to seal all edges.
Cook Until Golden: Heat a nonstick skillet over medium heat. Add butter or oil and swirl to coat. Place the crunchwrap seam-side down and cook for 2–3 minutes until the tortilla is crisp and golden brown. Carefully flip with a wide spatula and cook the other side for another 2–3 minutes, pressing lightly to encourage even contact.
Rest and Serve: Transfer to a cutting board and let rest for 1 minute (this helps the chocolate set slightly for cleaner slicing). Cut in half diagonally if desired. Dust with powdered sugar or cinnamon sugar for a sweet finish.
