Keto Cheese Bread Balls
Ingredients
1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
2 oz cream cheese
1 cup almond flour (or ¾ cup almond flour + ¼ cup coconut flour for firmer texture)
1 large egg
½ tsp baking powder
½ cup grated parmesan cheese
Pinch of garlic powder (optional)
Pinch of salt
Instructions
Preheat oven:
Set to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Melt cheese base:
In a microwave-safe bowl, melt mozzarella and cream cheese together (about 1 minute, stir until smooth).
Mix dough:
Add almond flour, baking powder, parmesan, egg, and seasoning.
Stir until a dough forms (use your hands if needed).
Shape balls:
Roll into 12–15 small balls and place on baking sheet.
Bake:
Bake for 12–15 minutes until golden brown and slightly puffed.
Serve warm:
Enjoy plain, with butter, or with a keto-friendly dipping sauce.
