Slow Cooker Chicken and Gravy
Ingredients:
- 2 cans cream of chicken soup
- 2 cans water (use the empty soup cans to measure)
- 2 packets chicken gravy mix
- 2 packs chicken breast
- Mashed potatoes (prepared from instant mix with added butter)
Directions:
1. Place the chicken breasts in the slow cooker.
2. In a bowl, whisk together the cream of chicken soup, water, and chicken gravy packets until smooth.
3. Pour the mixture over the chicken breasts, ensuring they are well coated.
4. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours until the chicken is tender and fully cooked.
5. Before serving, prepare the mashed potatoes according to package instructions, adding butter for extra creaminess.
6. Serve the chicken with the gravy from the slow cooker spooned over the top alongside the mashed potatoes.

Tips:
Use boneless, skinless chicken breasts for even cooking and easier shredding.
