🇮🇹 🐟 Branzino al Forno (Baked Sea Bass)
You Will Need:
1 whole sea bass (about 800 g / 1.7 lb), cleaned
2 tbsp olive oil
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 lemon, sliced
Fresh parsley, chopped
Salt & pepper to taste
Instructions:
🐟 Rub the fish inside and out with olive oil, salt, pepper, and garlic.
🍋 Stuff cavity with lemon slices and parsley.
🔥 Bake at 200°C / 400°F for 25–30 minutes, until golden and flaky.
🌿 Serve with fresh parsley and lemon wedges.
