Gourmet Pasta: Steak Gorgonzola Alfredo
Ingredients:
1 lb sirloin steak (or ribeye), seasoned with salt and pepper
2 tbsp olive oil
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup Gorgonzola cheese, crumbled
1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
8 oz fettuccine pasta, cooked al dente
1 tbsp butter
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Directions:
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook steak for 4-5 minutes on each side until browned and cooked to your desired doneness. Let it rest, then slice thinly.
In the same skillet, add garlic and cook for 1 minute. Pour in heavy cream, butter, and bring to a simmer.
Stir in Gorgonzola and Parmesan, allowing the sauce to thicken.
Toss in the cooked fettuccine, ensuring the pasta is well coated.
Serve pasta in bowls, topping with sliced steak and a sprinkle of parsley.
