Ingredients:
2 lbs beef stew meat, cut into bite-sized pieces
1 cup beef broth
1 packet (1 oz) ranch seasoning mix
1 packet (1 oz) brown gravy mix
1 medium onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup sliced mushrooms (optional)
1 cup carrots, sliced (optional)
1/2 cup sour cream
8 oz egg noodles
Salt and pepper, to taste
Chopped fresh parsley, for garnish
Directions:
Prepare the Beef:
In a large bowl, combine the beef stew meat, ranch seasoning, and brown gravy mix. Toss until the beef is well coated.
Add Ingredients to Crockpot:
