S’mores Pie – Gooey, Chocolatey & Campfire Magic in Every Slice!
Ingredients (Serves 8):
For the crust:
- 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
- 6 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
- 2 tbsp granulated sugar
For the chocolate filling:
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- ½ cup milk chocolate chips
- 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
For the topping:
- 2 cups mini marshmallows
- Optional: chocolate drizzle or extra crushed graham crackers for garnish

Directions:
1. Make the Crust:
1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
2. In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter.
3. Press the mixture into the bottom and sides of a 9-inch pie dish.
4. Bake for 8–10 minutes, then cool slightly.

2. Make the Chocolate Filling:
1. In a saucepan over low heat, combine chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk.
2. Stir constantly until melted and smooth.
3. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract and a pinch of salt.

3. Assemble the Pie:
1. Pour the warm chocolate filling into the prepared crust and spread evenly.
2. Sprinkle the top with mini marshmallows to completely cover the surface.

4. Bake & Toast:
1. Bake for 10–12 minutes, or until the marshmallows are golden and toasty.
- For a darker, fire-roasted look, place under the broiler for 30–60 seconds, watching closely!

- Let the pie cool for 15–20 minutes before slicing.
- Serve warm for the ultimate gooey texture, or chill for a firmer slice.
