Pepper Steak Stir-Fry 🫑🥩
Ingredients:
1 lb beef sirloin, thinly sliced
1 red, 1 green, and 1 yellow bell pepper, sliced
1/2 onion, sliced
3 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp cornstarch
1/2 cup beef broth
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tbsp oil
Directions:
1. In a bowl, mix soy sauce, broth, cornstarch, and garlic.
2. Heat oil in a pan, cook beef until browned. Set aside.
3. Sauté peppers and onion until slightly tender.
4. Add beef back to pan with sauce mix. Simmer until thickened.
5. Serve over rice or noodles, garnish with parsley if desired.
