Ingredients:
1 lb flank steak, thinly sliced 🥩
3 cups cooked jasmine rice, cooled 🍚
2 eggs, beaten 🥚
1 cup mixed vegetables (peas, carrots, green onions) 🥕🌱
3 tbsp soy sauce 🥢
2 tbsp oyster sauce �ubuntu:
2 tbsp vegetable oil 🛢️
Salt and pepper to taste 🧂
1 radish, thinly sliced (for garnish) 🥗
1 tsp sesame oil (optional) 🥄
Instructions:
Season steak with salt and pepper. Heat 1 tbsp oil in a skillet over medium-high heat, then sear steak for 2-3 minutes per side until medium-rare. Remove and slice thinly. 🍳
In the same skillet, add remaining oil. Scramble eggs until fully cooked, then set aside. 🥚
Add vegetables and cook for 2 minutes. Stir in rice, breaking up clumps, and cook for 3-4 minutes. 🍚
