Beef Stir-Fry with Bell Peppers and Rice receipe
Ingredients:
500g beef strips
1 red bell pepper, sliced
1 green bell pepper, sliced
1 yellow bell pepper, sliced
1 medium onion, sliced
3 garlic cloves, minced
2 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons oyster sauce
1 tablespoon cornstarch (optional, for thickening)
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 tablespoon cooking oil
1 cup beef broth
Steamed rice (for serving)
Instructions:
Heat the cooking oil in a large pan or wok over medium-high heat.
Add the beef strips and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until browned. Remove and set aside.
In the same pan, sauté garlic and onions until fragrant.
Add the bell peppers and cook for 2-3 minutes until slightly tender.
Return the beef to the pan. Add soy sauce, oyster sauce, and black pepper. Mix well.
Pour in the beef broth and let simmer for 5 minutes. If thicker sauce is desired, dissolve cornstarch in a bit of water and stir it into the pan.
Adjust seasoning as needed.
Serve hot with steamed rice.
