One-Pot Cabbage Roll Rice 🥬🍚
Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef or meatballs
1 cup uncooked rice
2 cups chopped cabbage
1/2 cup diced green bell pepper
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 can (14 oz) diced tomatoes
2 cups beef broth
Salt, pepper & garlic powder to taste
Directions:
1. Brown the beef in a pot. Drain excess fat.
2. Add all remaining ingredients. Stir well.
3. Cover and simmer on low for 25–30 minutes, until rice is tender.
4. Fluff, garnish with parsley, and serve warm!
