Slow Cooker Pineapple Barbecue Meatballs 🍍
Ingredients:
2 lbs frozen beef meatballs
1 can (20 oz) pineapple chunks, drained (save the juice)
1 1/2 cups barbecue sauce
1/2 cup pineapple juice (from the can)
1/4 cup brown sugar
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp garlic powder
Directions:
In a bowl, mix barbecue sauce, pineapple juice, brown sugar, soy sauce, and garlic powder.
Place the frozen meatballs into your slow cooker.
Pour the sauce mixture over the meatballs.
Add the drained pineapple chunks on top.
Cover and cook on LOW for 4–5 hours or HIGH for 2–3 hours until the meatballs are hot and coated in the sauce.
Give it a good stir before serving.
Great with rice, noodles, or as party appetizers!
