Teriyaki Glazed Pork Tenderloin
Ingredients:
1 pound pork tenderloin
1/2 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup honey
2 tablespoons rice vinegar
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger
1 tablespoon sesame oil
1 tablespoon cornstarch
2 tablespoons water
2 green onions, sliced (for garnish)
Sesame seeds (for garnish)

Preheat your oven to 400°F.

1. In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, brown sugar, honey, rice vinegar, garlic, ginger, and sesame oil until well combined.
2. Place the pork tenderloin in a resealable plastic bag or shallow dish and pour half of the teriyaki marinade over it. Seal the bag or cover the dish and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes, or up to 2 hours for more flavor.
3. Remove the pork from the marinade and place it on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Discard the used marinade.
4. Bake the pork tenderloin in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F.
5. While the pork is baking, pour the remaining marinade into a small saucepan. In a separate bowl, mix the cornstarch and water until smooth, then add it to the saucepan.
6. Bring the marinade to a simmer over medium heat, stirring constantly until it thickens, about 3-5 minutes. Remove from heat.
7. Once the pork is done, let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing. Drizzle the thickened teriyaki sauce over the sliced pork and garnish with green onions and sesame seeds.
