- 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
- 1/4 cup dark chocolate (melted, for centers)

Directions:

1. In a medium bowl, combine Greek yogurt, peanut butter, honey or maple syrup, vanilla extract, and cocoa powder. Mix well until smooth and creamy.
2. Line a mini muffin tin with paper liners or lightly grease it.
3. Spoon a small amount of the mousse mixture into each muffin cup, filling about halfway.
4. Add a small dollop of melted dark chocolate in the center of each cup.
5. Cover the chocolate with more mousse mixture to fill the cups almost to the top.
6. Smooth the tops with a spoon or spatula.
7. Place the muffin tin in the freezer for at least 2 hours or until the mousse bites are firm and set.
8. Once set, remove the bites from the tin and peel off the liners.
9. Keep refrigerated until ready to serve for the best texture.
