🍕 Brownie Lover’s Peanut Butter Pizza 🍫
Ingredients:
For the Fudgy Crust:
2 oz (55g) unsweetened baking chocolate, roughly chopped
⅓ cup (80ml) vegetable or canola oil
1 cup (200g) granulated sugar
2 large eggs, at room temperature
1 tsp vanilla extract
¾ cup (95g) all-purpose flour
½ tsp salt
For the Candy Topping:
1 cup (170g) semi-sweet chocolate chips
½ cup (75g) chopped peanut butter cups
½ cup (75g) chopped chocolate-caramel candy bars
½ cup (75g) chopped chocolate-nougat candy bars
¼ cup (50g) candy-coated chocolate pieces
Instructions:
Prepare the Oven and Pan: Begin by heating your oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease a 12-inch pizza pan or a large, rimmed baking sheet.

Create the Chocolate Base: In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the chopped unsweetened chocolate and oil. Heat in 20-second bursts, stirring after each, until the chocolate is fully melted and the mixture is smooth. Set aside to cool for 5 minutes.

Whisk the Wet Mixture: To the slightly cooled chocolate, add the sugar and whisk vigorously until combined. Add the eggs one at a time, whisking well after each addition until the mixture thickens and becomes glossy. Blend in the vanilla extract.

Fold in Dry Ingredients: Sift the flour and salt directly over the chocolate mixture. Use a spatula to gently fold the ingredients together, mixing only until the flour streaks disappear. Be careful not to overmix.

Form and Bake the Crust: Pour the batter onto your prepared pan. Using a spatula, spread it into a smooth, even circle, about ¼-inch thick. Bake for 18-22 minutes, or until the top is set and the edges begin to pull away from the pan.

Melt the Chocolate Layer: As soon as the brownie base comes out of the oven, evenly sprinkle the chocolate chips over the top. Let it sit for 2-3 minutes to allow the residual heat to soften the chips, then gently spread them into a smooth, even layer of melted chocolate.

Add the Final Toppings: While the chocolate is still soft and tacky, artfully arrange the assortment of chopped candies and chocolate pieces across the entire surface, pressing them in lightly.

Set and Serve: Allow the pizza to cool completely in the pan on a wire rack. This will let the chocolate layer set. Once firm, slice into wedges and enjoy.
