Ingredients:
β€’ 200 g shrimp
β€’ 200 g scallops
β€’ 200 g white fish fillet
β€’ 200 ml cream
‒ 100 g grated Gruyère cheese
β€’ 1 onion, chopped
β€’ 2 tbsp butter
β€’ 1 tbsp flour
β€’ 100 ml white wine
β€’ Salt & pepper

Instructions:
1️⃣ Preheat oven to 180Β°C (350Β°F).
2️⃣ SautΓ© onion in butter, add flour to make a roux.
3️⃣ Stir in wine and cream, simmer until thick.
4️⃣ Add seafood, season, and transfer to baking dish.
5️⃣ Sprinkle cheese on top and bake until golden.
6️⃣ Serve hot with baguette or rice. 🍽️
