π¦π§ Gratin de Fruits de Mer
A rich seafood gratin with shrimp, scallops, and fish baked in a creamy cheese sauce. Golden, bubbling, and irresistible π¦π¦π§.
Ingredients:
β’ 200 g shrimp
β’ 200 g scallops
β’ 200 g white fish fillet
β’ 200 ml cream
⒠100 g grated Gruyère cheese
β’ 1 onion, chopped
β’ 2 tbsp butter
β’ 1 tbsp flour
β’ 100 ml white wine
β’ Salt & pepper
Instructions:
1οΈβ£ Preheat oven to 180Β°C (350Β°F).
2οΈβ£ SautΓ© onion in butter, add flour to make a roux.
3οΈβ£ Stir in wine and cream, simmer until thick.
4οΈβ£ Add seafood, season, and transfer to baking dish.
5οΈβ£ Sprinkle cheese on top and bake until golden.
6οΈβ£ Serve hot with baguette or rice. π½οΈ
