1/2 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined

1/2 lb scallops

4 cups seafood broth (or chicken broth)

2 cloves garlic, minced

1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 tbsp butter

Instructions:

Prepare the Broth:

In a saucepan, warm the seafood broth over low heat to keep it hot.
