β’ Juice of 1 lime
β’ Salt, to taste
β’ For the Garlic Butter Mashed Sweet Potatoes:
β’ 3 medium sweet potatoes, peeled and chopped
β’ 2 tbsp butter
β’ 1/4 cup milk or heavy cream
β’ 2 cloves garlic, minced
β’ Salt and pepper, to taste
β’ For the Coconut Lime Yogurt Sauce:
β’ 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
β’ 2 tbsp coconut milk
β’ Juice of 1 lime
β’ 1 tsp honey
β’ Pinch of salt
Instructions:
1. Make the Honey Garlic Ginger Glaze:
