I can’t stop eating this!
Since many want the recipe:
1/2 cup of low-carb peanut butter
1/2 cup of coconut oil—
1tsp of Truvia sweetener (more or less depending on sweetness preference)
3-4 Russell Stover Sugar-Free Dark Chocolate
2tbsp coconut oil
Microwave the first two ingredients until melted then mix throughly. Add sweetener and dissolve throughly. Pour into a pan and chill until hardened.
Microwave chocolate and coconut oil until melted and mix well. Pour on top of the peanut butter mixture then chill again. Eat up!
