Ingredients:
For the Spicy Fried Rice:
2 cups cooked rice π
1 cup mixed vegetables (bell peppers, carrots, peas)
1 small onion, chopped
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp curry powder
Β½ tsp chili flakes πΆοΈ
2 tbsp vegetable oil
Green onions for garnish
For the Glazed Chicken:
2 chicken drumsticks or thighs π
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp honey π―
1 tbsp ketchup
1 tsp garlic powder
Β½ tsp paprika
Salt & pepper to taste
For the Creamy Potato Salad:
2 boiled potatoes, cubed π₯
ΒΌ cup mayonnaise
1 tbsp mustard
1 small tomato, diced
Salt & pepper
For the Creamy Spinach:
1 cup spinach (fresh or frozen) πΏ
1 tbsp butter
ΒΌ cup cream or milk
1 tbsp grated cheese
Salt to taste
Instructions:
1. Rice: Heat oil, sautΓ© onions and veggies. Add rice, soy sauce, curry powder, and chili flakes. Stir-fry until golden.
2. Chicken: Mix glaze ingredients. Brush over chicken and bake or pan-fry until sticky and caramelized.
3. Potato Salad: Mix all ingredients in a bowl and chill.
4. Spinach: Cook spinach in butter, then add cream and cheese until smooth.
