Homemade Naan Recipe
Delicious, soft and chewy naan bread recipe for you to try. No eggs needed!
Bread Ingredients:
1 teaspoon yeast
1 teaspoon sugar
1 teaspoon salt
2 tbsp oil
2 tbsp plain yogurt
3/4 cup warm water
2 cups flour (plus extra for dusting)
Garnish:
2 tbsp butter
2 tbsp fresh parsley
Steps:
Mix sugar, yeast, and warm water; let it sit and bubbles for 5 minutes.
Add salt, oil, and yogurt, then stir in 2 cups of flour.
Knead for 10 minutes, adding more flour if needed until smooth. Let the dough rise for 30 minutes or until doubled its size.
Divide the dough into 7-8 pieces, roll each into a ball, then flatten into about 5-6-inch diameter.
Heat a pan and spray with oil and cook each naan until golden brown on both sides.
Brush with butter with mix parsley. Ready to serve. Enjoy!

Butter Chicken
Recipe:
2 pounds chicken sliced in cubes
Marinade:
1 tsp salt
1 tablespoon garam masala
1 teaspoon cumin
1 teaspoon turmeric
1 teaspoon ground ginger
1 tablespoon minced garlic
Plus 2 tablespoons coconut oil and 2 tablespoons butter.
Sauce:
1/4 cup yogurt
1 can coconut milk
1 small can tomato sauce
Sauté ingredients:
1 tablespoon fresh ginger
1 onion sliced
2 tablespoons butter
1 tablespoon garam masala
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp chili powder
Steps:
In a large bowl, add slice chicken and marinade for at least 30 minutes.
In a large pan, add 2 tablespoons of coconut oil. Fry the chicken until brown. Then, add 2 tablespoons of butter to coat. Remove from heat and transfer the fried chicken to a bowl,
In the same pan, add 2 tablespoon of butter. Saute the onions and ginger till fragrant. Add garam masala, cumin, turmeric and chili powder. Mix well.
Add the sauce:
Yogurt, coconut milk and tomato sauce. Let it boil. Then, add the chicken back. Let it simmer and let the sauce thickens. Ready to serve with rice or naan bread. Enjoy!
