1 pound flank steak, thinly sliced against the grain
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon cornstarch
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 medium onion, sliced
1 bell pepper, sliced (any color)
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon fresh ginger, minced
1 teaspoon black pepper (adjust to taste)
1 tablespoon oyster sauce
2 green onions, chopped (for garnish)
Cooked rice (for serving)
1. In a bowl, combine the sliced flank steak, soy sauce, and cornstarch. Mix well and let it marinate for at least 15 minutes.

3. In the same skillet, add the remaining tablespoon of oil. Add the sliced onion and bell pepper, and stir-fry for about 2-3 minutes until they start to soften.
4. Add the minced garlic and ginger to the skillet, stirring for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
5. Return the beef to the skillet, add the black pepper and oyster sauce, and stir everything together. Cook for another 2-3 minutes until heated through.
