Peanut Butter Chocolate Dream Cake

Ingredients:
1 ¾ cups all-purpose flour
1 ½ cups sugar
¾ cup cocoa powder
1 ½ tsp baking powder
1 ½ tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
2 large eggs
1 cup whole milk
½ cup vegetable oil
2 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup boiling water
1 cup creamy peanut butter
½ cup butter, softened
2 cups powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
¼ cup heavy cream
1 cup mini peanut butter cups, chopped
¼ cup crushed peanuts
½ cup chocolate ganache (optional for drizzle)
Directions:
Prep and Bake: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease three 8-inch pans. Mix dry ingredients in a large bowl. Add eggs, milk, oil, and vanilla, and beat until smooth. Slowly add boiling water and mix on high for 1 minute. Divide batter into pans and bake for 30-35 minutes. Cool on wire racks.
Assemble: Layer cakes with frosting in between. Frost the top and sides. Garnish with chopped peanut butter cups, crushed peanuts, and optional ganache drizzle.
