Ingredients:

2 lobster tails (6-8 ounces each)
1/2 pound sea scallops, cleaned and patted dry
1/4 cup unsalted butter
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1/4 teaspoon paprika
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Directions:

Prepare the Lobster Tails: Using kitchen shears, cut down the middle of each lobster tail shell and pull the meat out slightly. Season with salt, pepper, and paprika.

Sear the Scallops: Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Once the oil is hot, sear the scallops for 2-3 minutes per side until golden brown. Remove the scallops from the skillet and set aside.

Cook the Lobster Tails: In the same skillet, melt 2 tablespoons of butter over medium heat. Add the lobster tails, meat side down, and cook for 2-3 minutes. Flip and cook for an additional 3-4 minutes until the lobster meat is opaque.

Make the Garlic Butter Sauce: Lower the heat to medium-low. Add the remaining butter and minced garlic to the skillet. Sauté the garlic for 1 minute until fragrant. Stir in the lemon juice and simmer for another minute.

Combine and Serve: Return the scallops to the skillet, spooning the garlic butter sauce over the lobster and scallops. Heat everything for 1-2 minutes.
