Here's an easy and delicious recipe for making meatballs in the air fryer:
Ingredients:
500g ground meat (ground, pork, or mixed)
1 egg
1/2 cup shredded bread
1/4 cup milk
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 onion, finely chopped
1 teaspoon chopped parsley
1/2 teaspoon oregano
1/2 teaspoon cumin (optional)
Salt and pepper to taste
Spray oil
Directions:
1. In a large bowl, combine the ground meat with the egg, shredded bread, milk, garlic, onion, parsley, oregano, cumin, salt, and pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are well combined.
2. With wet hands, form balls the size of a walnut, or to taste. If desired, you can chill them for 15-20 minutes to help them hold their shape better.
3. Preheat the air fryer to 180°C (350°F) for 5 minutes. Spray the basket with a little cooking spray and place the meatballs loosely inside. Cook for 12-15 minutes, shaking the basket or rotating halfway through. If you want them more golden, you can increase the temperature to 200°C (400°F) for the last 2 minutes.
4. Serve them with tomato sauce, spaghetti, rice, or whatever you like.
