Cool Whip Candy
Ingredients:
- 1 cup Cool Whip
- 2 cups powdered sugar
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 2 cups chocolate chips
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
Directions:
1. In a large bowl, combine the Cool Whip, powdered sugar, and peanut butter. Mix until smooth and well combined.
2. Line a 9x9 inch pan with parchment paper or wax paper.
3. Spread the peanut butter mixture evenly into the prepared pan.
4. In a microwave-safe bowl, combine chocolate chips and vegetable oil. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring after each, until melted and smooth.
5. Pour the melted chocolate over the peanut butter layer and spread evenly.
6. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or until firm.
7. Once set, cut into small squares and serve.
