Water (to thin if needed)



🔥 Instructions

1. Prepare the Chicken Marsala
• Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
• Heat olive oil and butter in a skillet over medium-high heat.
• Sear chicken for 4–5 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through.
• Remove chicken and set aside.
• In the same skillet, add garlic and mushrooms, sautéing until softened.
• Stir in marsala wine, simmering until reduced slightly.
• Add heavy cream and Parmesan, cooking until the sauce thickens.
• Return chicken to the skillet, spooning sauce over the top.
• Keep warm.



2. Roast the Potatoes
• Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
• Toss potatoes with olive oil, garlic, rosemary, salt, and pepper.
Spread on a baking sheet and roast for 20–25 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and crispy.
